Emergency services are at the scene of what is believed to be an extensive fire at Wexford General Hospital.
It is understood Five units of firefighters are currently at the scene.
The area has been evacuated and gardaí are advising the public to stay away from Wexford General Hospital "while emergency services including the NAS deal with an extensive fire within the building"
Wexford Co Council has urged people to avoid the area and anyone living nearby is advised to close their windows and doors.
