The HSA is investigating the incident
Investigations are underway after a man died following a fall from a ladder at a private residence in County Mayo.
The Mayo News reports that gardaí have confirmed the incident happened on Tuesday afternoon at Carrowholly, Westport.
The local Coroner and the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) have been notified and a number of investigations have been launched.
It's understood arrangements are being made for a post-mortem examination to be carried out and gardai say a file will be prepared for the local Coroner.

No other details are available at this time.
Gardai in Westport are investigating the man's death.
