Gardaí are continuing to investigate all circumstances surrounding the apparent murder suicide that took place in Dublin on last Saturday evening.
It's believed 50-year-old Krzystof Daczkowski, a driver for Bus Éireann, took the life of his 5-year-old daughter Julia before taking his own life. It's understood little Julia was just weeks away from turning six.

Julia's mother Aga made the horrific discovery after returning home from work on Saturday evening and it's feared the father and daughter laid dead for several hours.
It's believed Krzystof strangled Julia in her bedroom before taking his own life.
The bodies were removed from the home in Finglas at around midday on Sunday where a post-mortem examination took place. the results of which will no be released to the public for operational reasons, according to Gardaí.
According to the Irish Mirror, neighbours had heard the screams of Aga, Julia's mother, upon finding the bodies while others were struggling what to tell their kids who had been friends with Julia, "It's very hard. Like, we don't know what to be telling our children. It's horrific."
In a statement, Gardaí said a Family Liaison Officer has been engaging with the family.
"Gardaí continue to investigate all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of two bodies at a domestic residence in Finglas, Dublin, on Saturday, 27th September 2025.

"Post-mortem examinations have been completed for both the adult male and female child, the results of which are not being released for operational reasons.
"A Family Liaison Officer (FLO) continues to engage with the family of the deceased and keep them apprised of the investigation.
"An Garda Síochána would like to acknowledge the support and assistance provided by the local community both to the family of the deceased and to investigating Gardaí
"Investigations are ongoing."
