Mummers are a tradition in rural areas where people dress up in disguises while travelling around the local area to play music and provide amusement over the Christmas period.

The parade in Drumkerrin saw the horde parade up the street playing music and dancing, stopping off to perform for the residents of Áras Bríde before heading into the pubs for music sessions.
