The following deaths have occurred in the Leitrim area:

Patrick (Pakie) Mulvey, Aughagrania, Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim. Peacefully at North West Hospice, Sligo. Predeceased by his wife Angela. Sadly missed by his loving brother Michael, sister Brigie, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at St Patrick's hospital chapel, Carrick On Shannon from 5-8pm today, Thursday evening. Funeral Mass on Friday at 1pm in St Patrick's Church Drumshanbo followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. No flowers please, Donations to St Patrick's Hospital Comfort Fund.

Misha (Micele) Arandelovic, Corrachole, Ballinamore, Co Leitrim

Formerly of Leskovac, Serbia. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Bernie (nee Fox), his daughters Niamh and Lorraine and son Anton, his sister, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends. Memorial Mass this Saturday November 25 at 1pm in St. Patrick's Church, Ballinamore. Interment took place in Leskovac, Serbia on Wednesday, November 8 following Mass of Christian Burial.

Joe (Louis) McMorrow, Mullaghmore, Bawnboy, Co Cavan / Dromahair, Co Leitrim

Joe McMorrow, Mullaghmore, Bawnboy, Cavan and formerly Dromahair, Co. Leitrim. November 22nd peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his beloved wife Betty, sons Dermot and Kieran, daughters Veronica and Samantha, grandsons, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, extended family and friends. Reposing at his home today, Thursday from 12pm until 4pm. Family time at all other times please. Removal on Thursday evening arriving at St. Mogue's Church, Bawnboy at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to palliative care Cavan if desired.

Collette Rooney (née Parkes), Cornastalk, Manorhamilton, Co Leitrim

The death has occurred peacefully of Collette Rooney, affectionately known as Collie, Cornastalk, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim. Predeceased by her husband Josie, brothers Desmond and Pauric, sisters Olive, Francis and Mary Harte. She will be dearly missed by her devoted sister Phil and brother Sean, her adoring nieces and nephews, her sisters-in-law, Annie and Winnie, brother-in-law Pat, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Removal to arrive at St. Clare’s Church, Manorhamilton today, Thursday for Funeral Mass at 11.30am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu, if desired, to Our Lady’s Hospital Patient Comfort Fund.

Suddenly. Beloved husband of Mary and much loved father of Helen, Stephen, Sharon and Noel. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife and family, sons-in-law Paul and John Joe, daughters-in-law Michelle and Suzanne, grandchildren, Andrea, Thomas, James, Sean, Eoghan, Darragh and Ciarán, brother-in-law Packy, cousins, good neighbours, relatives and many friends. Removal today, Thursday, November 23, to St. Mary's Church, Carniska to arrive for Funeral Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in Strokestown Cemetery. No flowers please. McKeon, Patrick (Pat), "Sheemore", Market Green, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin and late of Fenaghbeg, Co. Leitrim, 18th November, 2017. Unexpectedly at Beaumont Hospital. Loving husband and best friend of May, cherished father of Grainne, Fiona, Niamh and Diarmuid and adored grandfather of Liam, Sean, Amy, James, Ciaran and Adam. Sadly missed by his sister Helen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Removal on Thursday morning to S.S. Peter & Paul's Church, Balbriggan arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in S.S. Peter & Paul's Cemetery.

Cissie Tighe, Mullagh, Co Cavan / Belturbet, Co Cavan

Cissie Tighe, Rahulton, Castlesaunderson and Mullagh, peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Kilmainhamwood Nursing Home, sadly missed by her family. Retired house keeper of the late Fr Paddy Morris and the late Fr Dan Gallogly. Funeral home private this morning . Removal today, Wednesday morning to St Killian's Church to arrive for 11 am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in St Patrick's Cemetery, Drumalee, Belturbet, Cavan. Family flowers only, donation, if desired, to Irish Heart foundation in c/o Peter Duffy Funeral Director.
