Martin Naughton Scholarship
Congratulations to Marc Gannon who won the Martin Naughton Scholarship to Trinity College Dublin. Marc will be studying Engineering in TCD. We wish Marc well in his future studies.

Restart A Heart Day
First year students completed the Irish Heart Foundation CPR course on Tuesday, 17th October where they learned hands only CPR and how to use an AED. All students received a certificate of completion. Thanks to Ms Stenson, Mr Mullen and Ms Cooney for facilitating the training workshop.

French Exchange
We were delighted to welcome the students and teachers from our partner school College Saint-Michel – Belmont sur Rance to Ballinamore last week. The visiting students got to experience the broad range of subjects across the school including practical subjects they do not have in France.
They explored sights around the town of Ballinamore, enjoyed a trip to The Marble Arch Caves and Strandhill for some surfing and a hike up Knocknarea. We thoroughly enjoyed this first half of our exchange, and we certainly look forward to continuing our friendly connection in March 2024.
