Met Éireann has issued a yellow alert weather warning for Leitrim, with a risk of heavy showers and thunderstorms.
It is valid from 7am to 5pm on Thursday, June 12.
The national forecaster has warned of heavy showers, with scattered thunderstorms.
Other possible impacts in the county include localised flooding, lightning damage, poor visibility and difficult travel conditions.

The national status yellow warning will cover 21 counties on Thursday, starting first with Cork and Waterford.

Weather conditions will deteriorate overnight, and hit the north west area from early on Thursday morning.
