Bagatelle are out of retirement and on the road again in 2019
Teach Murrays in Gurteen is delighted to announce that Bagatelle are returning to the venue for a live concert on Friday March 15 at 10pm.
The Irish rock band first played Teach Murray in Gurteen two years ago to a sellout crowd.
Tickets for this show are €22.50 and are available from numerous outlets, namely: Tanseys Centra Gurteen, Teach Murray Gurteen, The Crossbar Gurteen, Henrys Gala Ballymote, Tubercurry Credit Union, Una Bhan Office Boyle and McLoughlins Applegreen Ballaghaderreen.
Bagatelle are an Irish rock band that formed in 1978, at a time when most original bands had great difficulty becoming successful.
After 40 years of original music and travelling far and wide to wherever their music took them they can definitely say they managed success.
Bagatelle had several number one singles, platinum and gold album sales and have shared stages with musical icons such as Bob Marley, Van Morrison and George Michael to name a few.
Bono from U2 famously once said that Bagatelle inspired U2.
Just over two years ago after finishing their final year tour they retired (for all of about three months) until they got bored of not touring!
Bagatelle then played a series of "one for the road" sold out gigs right across Ireland and the UK.
Teach Murrays are thrilled they came out of retirement and are very excited to welcome Bagatelle back to Gurteen - a great night is promised so get your tickets at any of the stated outlets and start replaying the old Bagatelle tunes to make sure you know every word in time for the concert.
If you are a fan of Bagatelle then make this a concert to attend this St Patrick's weekend.
