The people of Mohill in union with the community in Ballinamore and indeed all of County Leitrim were saddened on hearing of the death of Tess Reynolds, St. Bridget’s Street, Ballinamore who died on May 4th 2013 at home in the loving care of her dear family. Tess was predeceased by her husband Pat Joe Reynolds, former Fine Gael TD, Minister of State and Cathaoirleach of Seanad Eireann. Tess was a lady with many qualities. Her great faith and love for her family together with her involvement in the community where she was always held in the highest esteem was evident in the thousands who came to pay their finals respects at her home and concelebrated Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Ballinamore which was a celebration of Tess’s life and her great love of her music. Our sympathies are with her sons Gerard, Peter, daughters Ita, Regina, brother, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces and family circle who mourn her as this sad time. “People will walk in and out of your life but only loved ones will leave footprints in your heart”.
