Lay Apostolate of Jesus Christ the Returning prayer group will take place this Thursday the 7th February at 8pm in St. Anne’s Church, Bailieborough.

Job Seeking Skills Course
County Leitrim Job Club will be running a job seeking skills course in Ballinamore Enterprise Centre commencing on Monday 18th February 2013 and running for four weeks. RehabCare Walking Group for Lent
We are starting a walking group for lent every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am. The route we will take will be along the golf links road and we will be providing tea/coffee on our return to the centre. Please meet at the RehabCare resource centre here in Ballinamore at 10.50am. All welcome. The first walk will take place on Thursday the 14th of February. We look forward to seeing you all.

Aughawillan Drama Troupe Double Bill!
The second part of the double bill ‘Love Thy Neighbour’ is also a hugely entertaining comedy and will be presented on Thursday 14th, Friday 15th Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th February again with curtain up at 8.30pm in Aughawillan Community Centre. Come early and avoid disappointment.
Marching Band fundraising night
The Spirit of Freedom Marching Band will be holding a fundraising night in McGirl’s Bar, Ballinamore on February 16th at 10pm. All welcome. Ceol agus craic guarnteed on the night. We are Leitrim’s only Flute and Drum Band.

Wedding and Social Dance classes starting in J’s Hotel, Mohill on Wednesday week 13th February. Learn to Jive, Waltz and Quick Step. No partners needed, everyone is welcome. Local Drama Group
The Acorn Players enjoyed a very successful night in Milltown last Friday night where they staged their production of “The Two Loves Of Gabriel Foley”to a packed hall.
The audience loved this hilarious comedy, where all is fair in love and war. The cast are all local, Gabriel Foley played by Padraig Mc Loughlin, Hazel Myers (Monica Reilly), Chrissie McCabe (Anella McGuinness), Aggie Foley & Morag De Coursey (Margaret Healy), Lucy Lacey (Nicole Kearins), Clive Snell (Dave Price) and last but by no means least Liam Gavigan is played by the very popular Philip Flood. Not forgetting M.C. (Tommy Kellegher) Stage Manager (Maureen Lynch) and Front of House (Liz Geoghegan). For anyone that missed seeing the play, you will have another chance on 24th February in Ballinamore hall at 8pm. Please support.

Our Operation Transformation is going very well, with Michelle Fanning noticing people toning up with very impressive fitness improvements. Veronica Gleeson has also recorded some very remarkable weigh loss results. Our classes continue every Wednesday in the GAA Gym at 7.30pm for ladies and 8.30pm for men, with weigh in. We also have a ladies class every Thursday at 11am and our Bootcamp for men and women is on Saturday at 10am in the sports complex.
