He made four total appearances in all competitions for the Beavers in 25/26, going out on loan to Egham Town in the second half of the season. The Birmingham City statement announcing the signing is as follows: “Birmingham City are pleased to announce the signing of exciting young winger Finn McGreevy following a successful trial period with the Club. The 18-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year deal and will link up with the Blues Under-21s squad ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.

“McGreevy arrives at St. Andrew's @ Knighthead Park after spending last season with Hampton & Richmond Borough, beginning the campaign with the Club's Under-18s side before earning a First Team call up in September 2025.

“The teenager caught the eye during a short trial with Blues, impressing the Club's coaching staff with his pace, attacking intent and ability to impact games from either flank. A quick, dynamic and direct winger, McGreevy is comfortable operating on both the left and right. Equally capable of driving beyond defenders to deliver dangerous crosses or cutting inside to combine with team-mates and create goalscoring opportunities, he adds another exciting attacking option to Scott Sellars' ranks.

“Finn was also a prominent Gaelic footballer and has represented London at overage tournaments in Ireland. He had also started his first season playing Men’s club football for his childhood team, Gael Londain in Sunbury-On Thames.

“Everyone at Birmingham City would like to welcome Finn to the Club and wish him every success during his time here.
