Perlee, a half Irish half German band have just released their new EP "Lampshade" and the music video features our own Seamus O'Rourke and a number of local locations including Glenfarne's Rainbow Ballroom of Romance and McHugh's Bar.
"Lampshade" has been released today, January 27 and is taken from the band's forthcoming album "speaking from other rooms" which is due out in April.
The music video sees Carrigallen's Seamus O'Rourke and Matthew O'Brien on screen, dressing up dancing and drinking a pint of Guinness!
Perlee released two EPs ‘Slow Creature’ and ‘Half Seen Figure’ in 2020 to great critical response, sold out shows in their hometowns of Navan and Berlin, significant playlisting and notable radio play across college radio in the US and Canada, national and local play in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Scotland, Wales, England and their native Ireland. Perlee now split their time between Ireland and Berlin. They have finished recording their debut L.P. which is due for release in Spring 2023.
