WATCH: All six seats filled in Ballinamore as Leitrim elects a new county council

As it stands, all 18 seats in Leitrim County Council have been filled

The final three seats which remained to be filled in Ballinamore as Leitrim elects a new county council.

Due to the distribution of eliminated Sean Wynne's 576 votes, two seats have been filled in Ballinamore's LEA.

Gary Prior, Fianna Fáil and Ita Reynolds-Flynn, Fine Gael took these seats.

Roisin Kenny, Sinn Féin has also been elected while Joanne Curnan misses out on the final seat.

Ms Kenny was elected after the distribution of Gary Prior's 40 surplus votes. This allowed her to reach the quota ahead of Ms Curnan.

As it stands, all 18 seats in Leitrim County Council have been filled.
