Carrick-on-Shannon Gardaí have issued a warning to the public to remain vigilant following reports of a suspicious vehicle in the area.
The vehicle, described as a brown Landcruiser with a registration plate reading ‘261 D’, is being driven by a male driver who is reportedly selling knives and tools.
An alert was sent by Gardaí on Leitrim Alerts reading: “Suspicious vehicle brown Landcruiser 261D selling knives/tools male driver-currently in Ck on Shannon area. Be vigilant. From Ck on Shannon Gardai 0719650510”
To report suspicious activity, please contact your local 24-hour Garda Station. Carrick-on-Shannon Garda Station can be contacted on 071 96 50510.
