Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin took Gold for Ireland, winning the overall award for best international spirit of the year. The Shed Distillery was also announced as the winner of the International Distillery of the year.
The brand was up against stiff competition in the category, the shortlist for which included brands such as Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve and Ardbeg, as well as Dwayne Johnson's Teremana Tequila.
