Carrig Brewing Company from Drumshanbo, have been announced as an exhibitor for Ireland’s largest craft drinks gathering which returns to the Convention Centre Dublin from March 14-16.
Showcasing over 300 craft beers, spirits and ciders from Ireland’s leading drinks producers, the Alltech Craft Brews and Food Fair 2019 is a three-day celebration of Ireland’s craft brews industry.
Carrig Brewing Company was established in 2011, in Drumshanbo by husband and wife team Sinead O’Connell and Martie Deegan, who together have accumulated a lifetime of passionate involvement and experience within the Irish brewing and hospitality industries. For many years, it was a shared dream to naturally brew genuine Irish craft beers, beers infused with great flavour and character. Their beers are available nationwide and on the export market in Europe and North America. Their six core beers include Carrig Lager; Carrig Pilsner; Poacher’s Pale Ale; Rowers Red Ale; Coalface Black IPA; and Grand Soft Day IPA and will be available at the fair.
The Alltech Craft Brews and Food Fair joins the St. Patrick’s Festival 2019 as a featured event, and there will be great entertainment each day, with live music, a games area including Foosball, Air Hockey and Pool tables and Six Nations Rugby on three of the largest screens in Dublin!
The Distiller’s Quarter returns for 2019 due to popular demand, and will feature a range of Irish and International liquors and spirits; The Pearse Lyons Distillery will also host whiskey masterclasses over the three day.
