Leitrim may not have played their first game in this year's expanded Tailteann Cup but it has been announced today (Monday) that the Green & Gold's home clash with Fermanagh on Saturday, May 20, will be televised live on GAAGO.
With GAAGO very much in the headlines right now with controversy swirling around the decision to screen Munster Hurling Championship games on the online platform, Leitrim fans who can't make it to Avant Pairc Sean Mac Diarmada on Saturday week will be able to watch the game from anywhere in the world.
Leitrim's game against Fermanagh will have a 6pm throw-in time, leaving both teams with just six days to recover after their first round games this weekend with Andy Moran's men travelling to Corrigan Park in Belfast to take on Antrim while Fermanagh host Wexford, both games at 1pm.
The Leitrim game is the only Tailteann Cup game set to be screened that weekend with the meeting of Cavan and Laois in Kingspan Breffni Park being televised this coming Saturday.
