New zebra crossings sought in Manorhamilton

Three Manorhamilton area councillors Frank Dolan, Padraig Fallon and Sean McDermott brought motions on behalf of the staff of the National Learning Network in Manorhamilton who are seeking a zebra crossing on Park Road from the community centre to the Bee Park and on the N16 near the bus stop.

Leitrim County Council said they will look into the possibility of extra zebra crossings and will seek out funding streams from the TII and Active Travel and assess if the junction needs to be re-planned.
