Mary Ann (May) McGuinness, Rossinver, Co Leitrim / Four Mile House, Co Roscommon
Mary Ann McGuinness (May) formerly of Gublaun, Rossinver, Co. Leitrim and Ballinderry, Four Mile House, Co. Roscommon, on Monday, June 5th 2023 in her 90th year, peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle, Co. Roscommon. Beloved wife of the late James, May will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Carmel and Edel, her son Gerard, her much adored grandchildren Conor and Casey, son-in-law Brian and daughter-in-law Martina, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, godchildren, relatives, friends and great neighbours. May her gentle soul rest in peace. May will repose at the home of her daughter Carmel and son-in-law Brian Keane, Derineel, Tremane, Co. Roscommon F42VO26 from 6pm to 8pm on Wednesday, June 7th. Removal on Thursday, June 8th, to St. Aidan's Church, Ballaghameehan, Rossinver, Co. Leitrim for Funeral Mass at 1pm with burial afterwards in Rossinver Cemetery. John Joe McGrath, Blacklion, Co Cavan / Manorhamilton, Co Leitrim
John Joe McGrath, 4 Riverview, Blacklion, Co. Cavan, suddenly, but peacefully on Monday, 5th June.  Predeceased recently by his Beloved wife Marita Ann and his son Peter, John Joe will be greatly missed by his children Shirley, Helen, Caroline, Katie, Paddy, Bridget, Felix, Roisin and Anne, all his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren sons in law, daughters in law, extended family, neighbours and friends. John Joe is survived by his brothers Peter and Raymond and his sister Bridie. May John Joe's gentle soul Rest in Peace. John Joe will repose at his daughter Bridget’s house, 7 Glen Eoin, Station Road, Manorhamilton, F91 H5H0, on Wednesday 7th and Thursday, 8th June, from 5 until 8pm for anyone wishing to pay their respects. Removal on Friday morning to arrive at St Patrick’s Church, Killinagh, Blacklion, for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Killinagh Cemetery.

Máirtín O’Diomasaigh, Leitrim and formerly of Kilbarrack, 5th June 2023. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny. Predeceased by his brother Colm and sister Niamh. Very sadly missed by his loving partner Madeline, sisters Cliodhna, Eithne and Gráinne, brother Ciarán, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Ní Fheicimid a Leithid Arís. Reposing in Stafford's Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock, on Wednesday, 7th June, from 3pm to 5pm. A Service for Máirtín will take place in the funeral home on Thursday at 11am followed by burial in Fingal Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy) O'Connor, Killaneen, Ballinamore, Co Leitrim / Moneygall, Co Tipperary on Sunday 4th June 2023, peacefully at the North West Hospice, Sligo. (Rtd. Garda Síochana). Predeceased by his parents Tim and Sadie O'Connor and his beloved son Brian. He will be sadly missed by his wife Marie, his sons Tadgh and Kevin and his daughter Carol, his brother Tim, sisters Noreen & Bríd, son-in-law Colm, daughter-in-law Aoife, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, his adored grandchildren Líle, Sibéal, Éanna & Rían, Aunt Mernie, extended family, former Garda colleagues, neighbours and friends. Nuala McCormack (nee Owens), Hazelwood Park, Elphin and late of Keadue, Co Roscommon passed away unexpectedly, at her residence, on Saturday, June 3rd. Pre-deceased by her parents, John and Mary and brothers Frank, John and Tom. Survived and sadly missed by her daughter Fiona (Hillstreet), sons Barry (Galway) and Colin (Drumshanbo), son-in-law Shane, daughters-in-law Sandra and Annette, her eight grandchildren, Heather, Ryan, Matthew, Keeva, Liam, Holly, Saoirse and Shauna, sisters Bridie, Margaret, Kathleen, Anne, Phil, brothers Pat and Mick, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, Aunt Mary, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Raymond Lavin on March 9th 2023 in Putney, London in his 95th year, formerly of Clonfeacle, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Leitrim. Predeceased by his sisters May Leonard and Margaret Callaghan and his brothers John, Jim and Mick Joe. Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins and his many friends. Burial will take place in Jamestown Cemetery on Saturday, June 10th at 2.00pm. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
