Leitrim reverends set to lead final church service after 9 years in popular parish

Two reverends are set to give their final church service after nine years in a popular Leitrim parish.

The Reverend Canon Linda Frost and Reverend Steve Frost will lead their final service on Sunday November 26 in St Mary's Church of Ireland on Lower Main Street, Mohill at 11am.

Bishop Ferran of Glenfield will give the farewell sermon.

Local parishioners in South Leitrim are thanking them for their "great service" over the years, which includes baptising infants, leading weekly worship, officiating weddings, visiting the sick and elderly, and giving a dignified burial to the dead.

May God reward them for their service and send more workers into the vineyard to continue the work.
