Local schools face closure on Monday with plans still on track by the ASTI to go ahead with it's action.
Students and parents face massive disruption and uncertainty next week as the mid term break comes to an end.
While the ASTI has told teachers to turn up for work on Monday their lack of availability for supervision and substitution raises health and safety issues forcing the schools involved to close.
Already notices have gone out locally asking parents not to send their son and daughter to school on Monday.
