'It is not me, it's Donal!' Leitrim's Casey under siege on the latest episode of The Traitors

The heat was on the Leitrim Village man from the start as he pipped the suspicions of an erratic Sean A, a HSE worker from Mayo, who was looking to get a target off his own back after a slip of the tongue drew attention at Monday’s round table.

From the beginning of the day, Sean A, a HSE worker from Mayo, was gunning for Donal and Janet, both faithfuls, as he held meetings trying, to no avail, to sway contestants against the pair​.

During the day’s challenge, contestants found themselves in coffins, waiting for their fellow players to either save them or leave them behind and leave them vulnerable to murder.

Casey found himself left in a coffin behind alongside David, a stay-at-home dad from Dublin. While the pair were there, they spoke, and David got a suspicion that Donal might be a traitor because he did not deny a suggestion that he might be a traitor.

These suspicions came to a head at the round table as Donal had to fight off accusations from Sean A and David.

“You didn’t deny it, you didn’t even really deny it; you didn’t really say anything,” said David during a back-and-forth with Donal at the round table.

“I just didn’t feel like I needed to start defending myself,” said Donal.

“Well, you are in the wrong game then!” reported David.

“Maybe that is my fault; maybe I need to start being more defensive,” replied Donal.

The heat then turned back on Sean A as the various players he had accused throughout the day began having it out with him.

“This is your last chance; it is not me, it is Donal,” said Sean A, at the round table when the heat came on.

For all his lobbying against other people, at the vote Sean A was resoundingly banished.

There is attention on the Leitrim teacher ahead of the next episode of the show on Sunday night while the Traitors have made their next kill.
