World mental health day

Today, October 10 is designated World Mental Health Day. Leitrim Development Company, HSE and a number of agencies, community and voluntary organizations will be hosting a range of interesting, informative and fun events in Leitrim over the course of Mental Health Week, which runs until October 16.

Wellbeing Walk Drumshanbo

Tuesday, October 11


Raising Emotionally Health Children

On Tuesday, October 11 at 7pm in the Bee Park Community Centre, Manorhamilton there will be a talk by clinical psychologist and Chief Executive of St Patrick's Mental Health Services, Paul Gilligan. He is author of ‘Keeping Your Children Safe and ‘Raising Emotionally Healthy Children’
