Public lighting needed in Dromahair
Cllr Mary Bohan asked the council to contact Electric Sky Line regarding the provision of extra street lighting in Dromahair between the Depot and the Rock Valley entrance at the top of the Backline.
She said, “There is a dark spot there that needs attention and I think it's essential to install at least one more public light there.”
Cllr Felim Gurn supported the motion.
A report by the Roads office said the council will have the public lighting in the area assessed to investigate if an infill section of public lighting is required.
