Holiday let development approved for the old granary in Eslin Bridge

Old granary to become let accommodation

Leitrim County Council has granted planning permission for a proposed holiday accommodation development at Greenaun, Eslin Bridge, Carrick-on-Shannon.

The approved plans include the change of use of the Old Granary building to provide self-catering holiday let accommodation, alongside several other site upgrades.

These works involve the demolition of an existing storage building, the decommissioning of the current septic tank, and the installation of a new wastewater management system to serve both the existing dwelling and the proposed refurbished building. The development also includes associated external works.

The permission that was granted by the county council is subject to nine conditions.
