Haulage of timber resulted in damage at Leitrim junction

Cllr Paddy O'Rourke asked that Leitrim County Council to carry out the "necessary repairs to the junction on the road at Drunderg townland at Corraleehan where the haulage of timber resulted in the damage."

He was told that the district office will assess this location and carry out the necessary repairs.

He was also asked the council to carry out the "necessary patching to the road in townland of Drumcausten Cloone which suffered badly in the recent storm accompanied by a torrential downpour" and was told they will dispatch their new velocity patcher to repair this section of public road.
