Despite being in a peaceful rural location, local amenities and services can be easily accessed.
The land is being advertised with an asking price of €239,000.
So far, there has been little interest except for from one company who hopes to put a housing development on it.
No agreements or offers are currently in place.
The closest school is Drumcong National School with just 158 pupils attending.
Another six are less than 10km away from the land.
