Leitrim County Council are looking for people who can provide and operate saunas at several locations in the county. 

The Council are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the provision of mobile saunas at six locations. 

This is part of the Sauna Pilot Project, which would last for six months. The six locations are Acres Lake Carpark in Drumshanbo; Glencar Waterfall Carpark; Gulladoo Lake Carpark in Carrigallen; Keeldra Lake Carpark in Cloone; Lough Rynn Caravan Park in Mohill; and Tullaghan Sea Shore Carpark.

The pilot scheme will test demand and feasibility for the provision of mobile saunas at these locations. The Council states that the sauna must be mobile and must not require mains water, mains electrical supply, or any other ancillary services. 

The Seasonal Trading Licence fee per location is €400. Interested parties should complete an Expression of Interest form and forward it, with all relevant documentation, to casualtrading@leitrimcoco.ie, and further enquiries can be made by phone to 071-9620005 Ext. 504. 

The Expression of Interest form is available to find here alongside a map of sauna locations.

The closing date for receipt of Expressions of Interest for the mobile saunas is Friday, April 24.
