A local business in North Leitrim intends to apply for planning permission for a series of alterations and extensions to its shop.
Roseblue Advantage Ltd., trading as McCormacks Mace in Manorhamilton, plans to submit an application covering several proposed developments at its premises on New Line.
The plans include the retention of an existing rear extension to the shop, along with the retention of changes already made to the front elevation, including lowered window cills.
The proposal also involves the demolition of an existing storage area and the construction of a new extension to provide replacement storage facilities.
In addition, the company is seeking permission to incorporate an off-licence area in the shop and to relocate the main shop entrance.
