Permission sought for a new coffee shop and accommodation in Leitrim town

The proposed business would sit on the main street of the Leitrim town
Planning permission has been sought for a new coffee shop in Dromahair.
The proposed coffee shop would be located on the main street of the North Leitrim town.
The request lodged with Leitrim County Council seeks permission for a change of use of a ground-floor dwelling house on the main street into a business premises. That would include the conversion of the ground floor into a coffee shop. Meanwhile, the first and second floors would be converted into guest accommodation, which would also include the retention of four Velux windows to the rear of the building.
The application, which is in the pre-validation phase, was submitted by Gavin Leonard last week.
