Polling day this Friday is indicating a mixed bag of weather.

Forecasts suggest 'OK' conditions, with sunny spells and scattered showers this Friday, June 7.

Remaining cool, with temperatures expected to not exceed 16 degrees.

Met Éireann has forecast a mostly cloudy day this Friday, with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle spreading eastwards in the morning.

It is due to brighten up in the afternoon and evening with the rain and drizzle becoming patchier.

Highest temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees in light to moderate west to northwest breezes, increasing fresh near northern and northwestern coasts.

Varying cloud amounts and some clear spells on Friday night with scattered showers. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees in light to moderate west to northwest breezes.
