A Status Yellow Wind Warning has been issued for Co Leitrim.
Met Éireann has issued the warning for tomorrow (Wednesday, June 13) with strong winds expected throughout the evening and into Thursday monring.
Winds are expected to reach mean speeds of 55-65km/hr with gust of up to 110km/hr.
The warning has also been extended throughout the remaining Connacht counties as well as counties Cavan, Monaghan, Donegal and Clare.
The warning is valid from 8pm on Wednesday through to 10am on Thursday.
