This morning will be windy but the strong and gusty westerly winds will decrease fresh to strong later. It will be bright with some sunny spells and scattered showers at first, but cloud will increase with rain spreading from the west this afternoon. Top temperatures of 8 or 9 degrees.
TONIGHT
Tonight will be wet and windy with strong and gusty west to southwest winds. Rain will become widespread and heavy. Lowest temperatures will stay around 6 or 7 degrees.
