Guitar Lessons

Core Strength
A new 6 week course of core strength classes starts on Wednesday April 10th at 7pm in the Newtownmanor Hall. The exercises will help strengthen the core and back muscles while improving balance and flexibility. It is ideal for all abilities, but in particular sports enthusiasts. All the muscles are targeted and a strong healthy body can be achieved. Please contact Aileen for more information at 086 8239966.
Exercise with Sue
Boxercise with Sue on Monday’s at 7.15p.m. Followed by Ladies Fun Fitness at 8 p.m. includes aerobics focusing on the bum, tummy, thighs and bingo wings and a deep stretch to help you relax and unwind. Why not try both classes at a discounted price. Boxercise is also on, on Thursdays at 6.45p.m. Classes are held in the Depot, Dromahair.
Set Dancing Classes
The set dancing classes continue on Thursday nights at 8.30 pm in the Newtownmanor Hall. Why not come along for an enjoyable night of set dancing.
Well done
A great day was had in Dromahair on St Patrick’s Day for Dromahair’s first ever St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Well done to all involved in the parade, in the entertainment after the parade or who contributed to the running of the parade in anyway. It was a great success.
Guitar Classes

North Leitrim Camogie
North Leitrim Camogie continues on Sunday’s at St. Clare’s Primary School Astro turf Manorhamilton. U-12’s at 4pm and U-14’s at 5pm. €15 for affiliation and insurance for the year. It is €2 for the use of the Astro turf. Everyone is welcome.
Library
Dromahair library new opening hours: Tuesday 12.30pm – 6.00pm and Friday usual time from 2.30pm – 8.00pm. The library closes for a short break each day between 4.00pm – 4.30pm.

Celebrate Easter at Dawn
The Parish of Killenummery and Killery invites you to celebrate Easter with a Dawn Mass at Creevela Abbey. Holy Mass will be celebrated at Creevela Abbey at 6am on Easter Sunday morning. It will be the first time that a Dawn Mass has been celebrated at the Abbey in recent memory.
Pilgrimage to Fatima

Community Development Group
There will be a raffle in aid of the Newtownmanor Community Hall Car Park project which will incorporate tennis and basketball courts. Committee members will be calling over the coming weeks. Your support would be appreciated.

Together One Voice
Come and join ‘Together One Voice’ an ever-expanding Community Choir, now in the Glens Centre Manorhamilton. All the singing is taught by ear without sheet music; we cover a wide range of uplifting songs and styles from around the world, from simple chants to more complex pieces in three and four part harmony. Singing is good for the soul they say; it makes you feel great. Classes are on Monday’s from 7.00 - 9.00 pm. The Glens Centre Manorhamilton € 8 per session (€6 concession) you’ll be welcome on the night.

Dromahair Wednesday Club
The Dromahair Wednesday Club continues every Wednesday in the Depot, Dromahair from 10.30am – 12.30pm. This club is for over 50s in Dromahair, Newtownmanor, Killargue and the surrounding areas. Come along and enjoy Aerobics, arts and crafts, away days and lots of other activities. All welcome, men and women!
Bingo
Bingo continues as usual every Monday night in the function room of the Blue Devon, Dromahair at 9p.m.
Easter Cake Sale
There will be an Easter Cake Sale in the Depot Dromahair on Easter Sunday, the 31st March, 2013 from 12 Noon - 2pm. Why not come along and get yourself an Easter Treat, Easter Cakes, cup Cakes, tarts, etc. Your Support would be very much appreciated. If you would like to donate baked items or items for prizes, they can be dropped into the Depot from 10am on the morning of Sale. Also there will be a draw on day for numerous prizes.
Competition Time: Pre-School Children
Paint the poster competition. Posters are available in local shops. Junior, senior, 1st & 2nd Class pupils can take part in the paint the egg competition. (Please ensure the egg is hard boiled prior to decorating. 3rd,4th, 5th & 6th Class pupils can create an Easter Bonnet and wear it on the day. One entry per child. The proceeds go for the upkeep of the 4 AED units - Dromahair, Ballinagar, Newtownmanor, & Kilcoosey.
