Lough Key Tri Club's Dympna Kelly and Donnacha Holmes were among the winners at Longford Tri Club’s Tarmonator Triathlon in Tarmonbarry on Sunday last.

It capped a great week for the duo with both claiming two podiums in five days with Kelly taking a close second on Sunday after winning the Sprint Category at the Metalman Swim Race in Rosses Point 24 hours earlier in Rosses Point. Holmes took third place on Sunday after placing second on Wednesday at the same venue for the Longford Aquathon.
