Hundreds of Leitrim fans are expected to welcome Leitrim's newly crowned TG4 LGFA All-Ireland Intermediate Champions back to the county on Sunday evening when they parade the Mary Quinn Cup around Carrick-on-Shannon.
Fresh from their superb 3-11 to 3-10 victory over Tyrone in Croke Park, captain Michelle Guckian and her Leitrim teammates will parade the Mary Quinn Cup around the county town with an expected time of arrival at 9.15 pm.
The parade will proceed from the Bush Hotel around the town to the Landmark Hotel where the team will have a celebration dinner to mark their amazing success.
