Lena's Tea Room, Main St, Carrick-on-Shannon
One of the most popular businesses in Carrick-on-Shannon town centre, Lena's Team Room, has closed its doors.
In a message on social media by proprietor, Deirdre O'Connell, she says that after almost 12 years in business the time had come for her to say goodbye.
Thanking her customers, work colleagues, suppliers, neighbours, landlord and the wider business community in Carrick-on-Shannon, Deirdre said it was lovely to have known everyone and she will miss the chats.
She also paid tribute to her friends and family for their support to her.
Winner of many awards in her time, Deirdre and Lena's Tea Room will be missed from thhe business community on Main Street in the town.
We wish Deirdre all the very best for the future.
