Cortober
Plans have been lodged by Roscommon County Council for planning permission for the construction of 4 new terraced houses in Cortober.
The site will consist of the demolition of existing houses and the construction of one 2-bed house, two 2-bed apartments and one 4-bed terrace-style house.
The plans also include the construction of 6 parking spaces to the front of the houses and all associated site works including access roads, footpaths, lighting, and boundary walls.
County planners are expected to decide on the PART 8 planning application in April.
