Friday, July 28, will be cloudy with sunny spells and scattered showers. In the afternoon, showers will become more frequent and possibly heavy.
Highest temperatures of 16 to 19 degrees in a light to moderate south to southwest wind.
TONIGHT: Showers will ease early at night with clear spells developing; however, more frequent heavy showers will move in from the west later.
Lowest temperatures of 10 to 12 degrees in mostly moderate southwesterly winds, freshening along the Atlantic coast towards morning.
