IN A STROKE of luck, a local Leitrim woman has emerged as the latest winner of the Allen Gaels Lotto.
Mairéad Doyle (nee McGowan), from Kilnagross, bagged herself an impressive €6,500 in the jackpot draw.
The winning combination that led to her triumph were numbers 6, 29, 28, and 18.
The recent draw brought particular excitement as there were no Lucky Dip winners, signaling that Mairéad's victory was all-encompassing.
As the lotto jackpot was won, there were no Lucky Dip winners. Attention now turns to the upcoming draw with a tempting prize of €2,500.
Envelopes for entries close at 6pm on the Monday preceding the draw, providing eager participants ample time to try their luck. For those who prefer online participation, entries remain open until 7:59pm on the night of the draw, which takes place every Tuesday.
Tickets can be conveniently purchased at several local outlets, including Gibbons Centra, Scollan’s Gala, Henry’s Haven, and Gunning’s. The proceeds from the Lotto contribute to various community initiatives, making each ticket purchase a meaningful investment in the well-being of the local area.
