Mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain and drizzle on Monday

Monday, March 10, will be mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, mainly over the eastern half of the country. Later in the day, some sunny spells will break through as the rain becomes patchier.

Highest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees in moderate northerly breezes, falling light later.

TONIGHT: Mostly dry with a mix of cloud and clear spells and some patchy light rain or drizzle. Lowest temperatures of 0 to 4 degrees in light northerly or variable breezes.
