Dance Dialects acoustic concert takes place in Leitrim

Leitrim Dance Festival presents Dance Dialects at The Dock, where local and visiting artists will share their new work in dance and music collaborations on April 4 at 7.30pm.

Dance Dialect 2024 will feature Yaelle Azoulay, Jonathann Rousseau and Dave Munnelly; Aneta Dortova and Dave Munnelly; West Kerry set dancers; Áirc Damhsa; Jesse Smith and Seosamh Ó Neachtain; Vincent Woods; Siobhán Butler; Caitlín Nic Gabhann and Edwina Guckian; Mary McGuiggan; and Aidan Vaughan.

Leitrim Dance Festival promotes engagement with percussive dance and promotes local, national, and international pathways for emerging and/or professional percussive dancers. 

The festival aims to develop a keener understanding of the relationship between dancer and musician, where the dance experience goes hand in hand with the music experience.

Admission is €18/€16 concession and is available at https://www.thedock.ie/whats-on/dance-dialects.
