What's on today at Carrick Carnival?
There is plenty on offer for Day 2 of Carrick Carnival. Here is what's in store for June 2, 2018.
Storytime
This free event is set for The Reading Room, Bridge St, Carrick-on-Shannon at 12 noon. It features summer stories for children aged 4 to 7 years.
Kids Fun Day
Fun for all the family at the People's Park, Carrick-on-Shannon. There are bouncy castles, slides, hip hop dancing and more. From 1pm to 5.30pm. This is a free event.
Carrick Rugby Club Passing Challenge
This will be held from 1pm to 5pm in the People's Park. Test your passing skills!
Carrick Town Skills Challenge
The ultimate soccer skills challenge at the People's Park between 1pm and 5pm.
Tennis Club Fun Day
Tennis fun and games for all ages at the Tennis Club in Carrick-on-Shannon between 2pm and 4pm.
Murray's Amusements
Located at the Carrick Indoor Karting facility on the Leitrim Road. Open from 2pm until late.
Von Drip Duo
A comic circus and live music show with Lee Von Tapp and Ray Von Roofs in the Market Yard. This free event features handstands, juggling routines, magic and music! 2.30pm and 4.30pm
HFC Brass Band
Soak up the carnival atmosphere with the HFC Brass Band playing live on the steps outside St Mary's church at 3.30pm. This is a free event.
Electric Circus
Set for Lower Bridge Street from 9pm until late Electric Circus is one of of Ireland's best wedding bands.
