Today's report from the Irish Nurses and Midwives' Organisation shows that there are 30 patients on trolleys in Sligo University Hospital, 22 in Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar, 11 in Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe, and 5 in Cavan General Hospital.
Nationally, the figure has increased dramatically to 587 people on trolleys today, Tuesday.
