Road set to be added to 3 year plan
Cllr Paddy Farrell called on District Engineer Darragh O’Boyle to give an update on when work and improvements will be carried out on the road from Kilnagross to Churchpark L3409 in the Kiltoghert parish area.
Cllr Enda Stenson seconded the motion.
A report by the Roads office said the district office has been in contact with the land owners regarding these works. Once an agreement is reached, the council can programme these works under the next 3 year roads plan, the response promised.
Mr O'Boyle said he has had a preliminary meeting with the land owners and said "it's something I'd like to get done as well."
