AA Roadwatch has reported delays on the N4 Sligo/Dublin Rd through Carrick-on-Shannon this evening.
Delays are most impacting those approaching from the Sligo side of the town but traffic is also getting heavier on the Longford approach as well.
Please be patient and allow yourself a little extra time if you are hitting the road in the local area shortly.
