Over 100 Irish artists respond to their favourite poems by W B Yeats on the Centenary of his Nobel Prize in Literature. Hamilton Gallery curated eight annual invited artists' exhibitions themed on his iconic poems to an iconic exhibition to mark this event.

As a visual response to Ireland's Decade of Centenaries, hundreds of artists living and working in Ireland have participated in these exhibitions.

Each exhibition coincided with The Yeats International Summer School and Tread Softly Festival programmes in Sligo.

Several exhibitions have been showcased internationally with the support of Ireland's Department of Foreign Affairs.

As 2023 marks 100 years since W B Yeats was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature and the culmination of Ireland's Decade of Centenaries, this exhibition draws together works from all eight previous exhibitions, with some additional new paintings.

'Impressions' exhibition opening from July 29, 2023.
