All is not lost for the Ireland hockey teams' hope of Olympic Games qualification despite their semi-final defeats to Spain.

Both the men's and women's teams have their bronze medal match to play this weekend to determine if they qualify for Paris 2024 or not.

Up first is the women who face Great Britain in the third/fourth place play-off in Valencia at 2.30pm this Saturday. The game will be shown live on the RTÉ News Channel and the RTÉ Player.

On Sunday, the Irish men's outfit will play either Belgium or Korea in the third/fourth place play-off in Valencia at 2.30pm.

Victories in the bronze medal fixtures will see the country qualify for this summer's Olympics.
