After a night of heavy rain across many parts of Leitrim, showers are continuing to move through the area.
Met Éireann has kept a weather warning in place until 6pm this evening, highlighting significant rainfall accumulations from heavy showers and prolonged spells of rain, with the potential for isolated thunderstorms.
The national forecaster is also cautioning about possible impacts, including poor visibility, localised flooding, and hazardous travel conditions.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution when driving longer distances and to remain vigilant on the roads.
