Three additional candidates have been elected for the Carrick-on-Shannon LEA as the count reaches its tenth hour.
Maeve Reynolds, Fine Gael, Enda Stenson, Independent and Des Guckian, Independent have all been elected in the fourth count.
The distribution of Lola Gonzalez's 155 votes and Sharon Garland's 252 votes saw the newly elected each reach the necessary quota of 824.
Enda Stenson's surplus 39 votes will now be distributed for the fifth count for Carrick.
The count for Leitrim's three Local Electoral Areas began at approximately 2.30pm this Saturday and continues into the early hours of Sunday morning.
